CANCELLATION POLICY

At Braj Yatri, we appreciate your trust and understand that circumstances can sometimes necessitate changes to your plans. We've designed our Cancellation and Refund Policy to be fair and transparent to accommodate these situations.
 

Cancellations:

We offer the following cancellation options based on the time frame of your cancellation request:

• Full Refund: Bookings cancelled up to 3 days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund.

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 2 to 1 day before the scheduled check-in date will incur a 30% charge. You will receive a refund for the remaining 70% of the total booking cost.

• No Refund: Regrettably, any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.

Changing Your Booking:

If your plans change, we understand that you may want to modify your booking rather than cancel it entirely. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs, depending on availability and the specific circumstances.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment you used when booking your stay. The timing of your refund may vary depending on your payment provider and their policies.

Non-Refundable Bookings:

Please note that some bookings may be marked as "Non-Refundable" during the reservation process. These bookings are exempt from our standard Cancellation and Refund Policy, and the terms and conditions will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
